The Adult High School provides educational services to out-of school Gloucester County residents ages 16 and older. The hours of Adult High School (AHS) are from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The school year runs from September until the end of May. Counselors are available each day to address academic and behavioral concerns.
Students enrolled in the Adult High School follow the standard curriculum required by the New Jersey Core Curriculum standards. All students must achieve 110 credits and pass the HSPA test unless otherwise exempted by an IEP. Upon completion of the program, a student receives a GCIT endorsed high school diploma and is provided the opportunity to participate in a graduation ceremony in June.
