The Admission Department welcomes interested students to apply for admission to Gloucester County Institute of Technology. Throughout the school year, GCIT offers opportunities for potential students and their families to become familiar with the advantages of a GCIT education. Visit GCIT and Explore Your Options Beginning in October with our Annual Open House and in November, December, and January with our Parent-Student Information Sessions, we open our doors for you to learn about our programs, meet our staff, and explore our state-of-the-art facilities. Meet the GCIT Representative at Your Local Public School Throughout the Fall and Winter, a GCIT representative schedules visits to every Gloucester County Public School to introduce our programs to Grade 8 students. Just ask your guidance counselor when our representative is scheduled to visit your school. Shadow Program Following submission of an application, perspective students are welcome to visit GCIT and experience a career theme program. To make arrangements for a student to shadow, please call 856-468-1445 x2708. - GCIT Shadow days are Tuesdays and Thursdays
- The student will spend two hours in the career theme classroom
- Parent/Guardian must call in advance to schedule a shadow visit
- Parent/Guardian must arrange for the student’s transportation
